Gabby is the Site Director for BioLabs Pegasus Park, the premier network of shared lab and office facilities located in key innovation clusters. Prior to BioLabs, Gabby was the Lead Scientist in the Biotech group at NCH Corporation. She holds 6 US patents and has another 8 patents pending. Gabby has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University where she was author on nearly 50 peer-reviewed research publications.

Dr. Lauren Tyra is the Chief Scientific Officer of the local healthcare venture capital firm, Green Park & Golf Ventures and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Plano Independent School District. Prior to completing her PhD studies at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Neuroscience, Lauren earned a B.A. in German and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of North Texas. She is a published scientific author, with publications in The Journal of Cell Biology, eLife, and Developmental Cell. 

Her advocacy and philanthropic work are focused on public education and improving resources for families of children with unique needs. In 2021, Dr. Tyra was elected to Place 1 of the Plano Independent School District Board of Trustees. She is excited to serve the students of PISD, where she and her husband both received their K-12 education and their children are receiving their primary education. 

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Envy Gaming, Inc., an esports organization that owns and operates various esports teams, including the Overwatch League’s Dallas Fuel and the Call of Duty League’s OpTic Texas. He was previously with the Dallas Stars Hockey Club for 8 seasons and most recently served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships. He holds degrees in both Finance and Business Management from Northern Arizona University.  Shay is married with five dogs and three daughters.

Guru brings extensive digital transformation experience across manufacturing, hi-tech and financial services industries in both mature and emerging geographies. Actively volunteers with the community, mentors young professionals in Business, Science and Technology and judges Texas Science and Engineering fairs 

Scott Harper is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dialexa, a technology consulting firm founded on the belief that every industry would be won with technology. Scott has also personally received many honors and awards including the Ernst & Young EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® award, D CEO Dallas 500 award, and the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award.

Along with running Dialexa, Scott is a founder and former Chairman of Vinli, a founder and board member of Rosy Wellness, and was a founder and board member of Robin Technologies - all companies born out of Dialexa’s incubator, Dialexa Labs. He also serves on the board of the Lone Star Chapter of YPO as membership chair, is an Operating Partner with Alturus Capital, and serves on the SMU Computer Science Department Advisory Board.

Scott has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Specialization from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Lyndsey, and their three children, Scarlett, Camille, and Clifton.
